Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing any infrastructure, facility, or digital service provided by Indigo Park Platform Ltd ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from accessing our systems.

2. Access & Usage

Access to parking facilities is granted based on the tier of service purchased (Hourly, Day Pass, or Contract).

• Vehicles must be properly insured and roadworthy.
• Users must adhere to all signage and digital instructions provided by the Platform Cloud system.
• We reserve the right to deny access or eject any vehicle or person posing a risk to infrastructure integrity.

3. Payment & Billing

Hourly/Day Pass: Fees are calculated automatically upon exit based on duration of stay. Failure to pay may result in automated penalty notices.

Contract Clients: Billing is processed monthly in advance. Late payments may trigger immediate suspension of fleet access privileges.

4. Liability & Risk

Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Indigo Park Platform Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to vehicles or property, nor for injury to persons, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our Kinetic Barriers and surveillance systems are deterrents, not guarantees of security.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Attempt to manually override barrier systems.
• Tamper with ANPR cameras or sensors.
• Store hazardous materials within parked vehicles.
• Use facilities for commercial trade without authorization.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service and revoke access credentials immediately for any breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
